You will have two rotations in History in S2 of around eight weeks.

In the first rotation, we will look at some of the key events during WWII including Dunkirk, D-Day and the Holocaust. We will use written and visual sources in this rotation to gain more of an understanding of events and start to build our skills of analysing sources. 

In the second rotation, we will look at some key events in the late 1950s and 1960s including the Cold War, JFK's assassination and the Little Rock Nine.  We will also look at cultural and social changes that occurred in terms of changing attitudes, fashion and music. We will continue to build on our use of sources in this section.
