A small group of staff, students and parents formed to consider our options for uniform in 2019. We agreed on the following:

• Uniform is important, and should be worn smartly. Whatever we decide needs to be agreed and adhered to by everyone. We are considering how we can encourage everyone to be consistently in good uniform.
• S1-3 Uniform is generally worn well and does not need to change.
• Smart black trousers or a skirt are important for all. Faded, ripped or skintight clothing is not smart. This includes leggings.
• Uniform costs money. A blazer is around £35. Two jumpers cost around £40. A tie is about £7. Help is available for those receiving benefits through a uniform grant. We all wish to keep costs down.
